How I work
I start by identifying the real constraint, then build the smallest test that can reduce uncertainty. I prefer clear artifacts over long presentations, and I optimize for learning velocity.
About
My work sits between strategy and execution. I care about turning early signals into practical product decisions that teams can trust and actually act on.
I am energized by messy problems: unclear priorities, uncertain user needs, and too many opinions without enough evidence. Over time I learned that momentum comes from doing small things well, quickly, and repeatedly.
That is why I prototype early, test with real people, and keep outputs decision-ready. I prefer systems that make reasoning visible, so teams can move forward with confidence instead of debate loops.
My path combines product design, business strategy, and hands-on building. I enjoy working where those disciplines overlap, because that is where useful products become possible.
I start by identifying the real constraint, then build the smallest test that can reduce uncertainty. I prefer clear artifacts over long presentations, and I optimize for learning velocity.
I am currently building AI-enabled product workflows, especially around qualitative research and evidence traceability. The core theme is helping teams decide faster without losing depth.
I want to deepen my work at the boundary of AI systems, product judgment, and organizational adoption. I am particularly interested in building tools that improve decision quality over time.
If you are building an AI product and want faster, higher-confidence decisions, let’s talk.
